It's National Parfait Day! Have you ever seen those beautiful parfaits in a coffee shop? They can be pricey and full of added sugar. Try this quick and easy recipe for breakfast or as a snack. Use fresh peaches or other great fruits like bananas, blueberries, strawberries, mango, pineapple or pears. If you’re watching oxalates, try to limit higher-oxalate fruits like kiwi, oranges and raspberries.
Ingredients
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 cup peach, chopped
3 tablespoons granola
A few dashes of cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Evenly layer ingredients in a tall glass.
2. Enjoy now or place in the refrigerator for up to one day.
