During the month of May, we are encouraging women to “get up and go,” whether it’s going to exercise, getting a glass of water or just taking a break.

There are a variety of urologic conditions that can impact a woman's health and other health conditions women face can have an effect on their urologic health.

Each week there is a different focus to “get up and go!” Commit to making healthy choices that are not only great for your overall health, but your urologic health!

Week 1: Get Up and Go to the Bathroom!

Week 2: Get Up and Go Hydrate!

Week 3: Get Up and Go for a Walk!

Week 4: Get Up and Go Relax!
