Group of diverse women walking on the beach.

Menopause is a common part of aging for women. Some women feel little change and others may feel as if they suffer. Common symptoms of menopause include hot flashes, sleep changes/insomnia, mood swings, urinary changes and vaginal changes.

There are options for treatment based on symptoms a woman has during menopause. The choice about how to treat menopause symptoms can differ for women. If you are bothered by your symptoms, there is no need to suffer in silence.

By learning more about menopause, perimenopause and treatments, you may feel more ready to talk with your doctor about options for you so you can work together to find the best care to improve your quality of life.

The below resources can be used to help you learn more about women's health during menopause.
